This is a 4-5 day opportunity with a fast growing optical group situated in a busy location in the Lincoln area.
This practice is situated in a busy location and has good footfall with a strong customer base made up of mainly NHS patients. They have an enviable reputation for customer service and staff retention and as such are now recruiting for an optometrist to be part of a well established and hard working team.
The role will entail testing to 20 minutes and conducting contact lens fittings. You will also be required to do effective handovers with recommendations to the support team. You will also be involved in the planning for the future alongside the qualified manager.
Requirements of the OptometristBe in possession of a valid GOC registration and PCT certificate. Be comfortable testing to 20 minutes and happy to do contact lens fittings. You would be open to playing a part in the overall planning process for the practice looking at increasing diary bookings and eye tests and patronage. You will have a friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic. A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
*Working Saturdays is a part of this role so flexibility is required although they are offering alternate Saturdays off and no Sundays.
For this 4-5 day role my client is offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000 pro-rata basic and a strong overall package. You will also have the opportunity to complete your continuous learning.
