Assistant Manager - Eastleigh Role summary

Salary of up to £22,000 with 32 days annual leave on offer!

As Assistant Store Manager at our store in Eastleigh, you’ll make sure that the shop-floor runs like clockwork, working closely alongside the Practice Manager to make sure staff are working effectively towards targets and KPIs, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service is being achieved. You'll be supporting staff, making sure they’re familiar with systems and helping to deliver training. You’ll also be responsible for handling orders and dealing directly with customers. 

Our Eastleigh store has recently been on the receiving end of a store-wide refit and is now packed full of new technology, including being decked out with our brand new 'iHarmony' system which ensures that customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience whilst in-store.
