Dispensing Optician Opportunities - South East London Role summary

Location: South East London

Salary: Competitive basic dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting qualified and GOC registered Dispensing Opticians to join our stores in South East London

Thanks to our size and scale, Specsavers can offer Dispensing Opticians the perfect working environment: modern, welcoming and packed with the latest equipment. What’s more, you'll have the opportunity to progress both clinically through to contact lens, glaucoma and diabetic screening courses or commercially through ILM and JVP Pathway.

As a qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC and good with people, you’ll be a natural when it comes to customer care. You’re friendly, polite and helpful – comfortable working as part of a team and able to answer questions and queries thanks to your good ophthalmic knowledge. You'll also act as a role model for our Optical Assistants and will have the opportunity to support our Student Dispensing Optician's with their studies. Our customers expect an ophthalmic dispensing service of the highest quality – and that’s exactly what you’ll give them. You’ll work to the highest clinical standards, advising customers, working closely with the rest of the team and making a key contribution to the overall success of the store.

This vacancy will close once we have filled all available assessment places. We therefore highly recommend early applications.
