My client is a leading domiciliary company who are going from strength to strength and now require an office manager to take care of the day to day running of their Manchester Branch.Optical Practice Manager
This is a full-time opportunity to take over management of an already well-established optical domiciliary office ensuring the teams are fully aware of their daily workloads. You will manage the small office team taking inquiries and bookings and making sure everything is working like clockwork. As part of your role you will be taking interviews and looking after visitors to the office as well as maintaining the strong reputation of the company.Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
You will help to ensure that the office runs smoothly, liaise with head office and keep in contact with both the teams out in the field and clients to ensure all requirements are met. Drive the KPI’s and provide sales reports.Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
It is preferred but not essential that you have previous supervisory or managerial experience and ideally have worked within a high pressured and fast paced environment. You’ll be an expert team leader that ensures your team feel enthused and free to make suggestions. Essentially you will have strong leadership skills but equally approachable and supportive.Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager

For the right candidate my client is offering some of the following benefits:
Leading Salary paying up to £24,500 + Bonus OTE £30,000 (dependent upon experience)
