As our Clinic Manager at our store in Horsham, you’ll make sure that the store’s clinic area runs like clockwork. That means supporting other staff, making sure they’re familiar with systems and helping to deliver training. You’ll also be responsible for handling orders and dealing directly with customers in the contact centre clinic.

Our Horsham stores hosts 8 test rooms and is a busy store due to the loyal customer base and the great levels of customer service our team provides. In this role you will be overseeing the day to day running of the clinic and managing a team of around 12 team members.For a role such as this, you will need previous optical experience. Equally important are good customer care skills.
