Discover what solid support feels like!

For our stores to run like clockwork we need sound support behind the scenes – and that’s where you come in.

Organised and methodical, you’ll tackle a variety of tasks. The aim is to provide a top-notch service to ensure the smooth running of the onsite Laboratory and support the store’s success.

No experience in the optical/hearcare industry? Not a problem. Our training will fill you in on how our business works and the products we offer. All we ask is that you’re efficient, approachable and great in a team – someone who’s flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.

You will learn to keep control of stock, ordering cases and cleaning solutions etc. Quality checking all new lens and complete spectacle orders. An eye for detail is essential, checking all orders before processing them, ensuring a high standard of finish. Organising any credit payments on returns. Taking phone enquiries from customers and keeping them updated with any delays etc.  Liaising with suppliers and keeping the Management team updated with queries and issues

Make the grade, and you’ll soon be a crucial member of the team.

Specsavers has been going from strength to strength, ever since the business started back in 1984. We strive for the highest clinical standards – and believe that the customer should be at the heart of everything we do. We also recognise that our people are critical to our past and future success – so we do everything we can to make sure they get the experience and career they’re looking for: from outstanding training and a personal development plan, to excellent benefits and unstinting support. The business has nearly 1,500 stores across 12 countries – and is still growing. We want you to be part of this outstanding success story.
