Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant

As an Optical Assistant you will spend your time on various aspects of meeting your customer’s needs precisely and competently. You will work within a busy practice in an all-around role. You will be helping patients with all their eye care needs. Mainly dispensing luxury spectacles, including brands such as Prada, Gucci, Tom Ford and Louis Vuitton and as well as undertaking contact lens teaches, transposing prescriptions and associated admin work.

Requirements for the Optical Assistant

To secure this role you will need previous experience as an Optical Assistant and have a real passion for providing fantastic customer care. You’ve already demonstrated that you have worked with High-end bespoke frames and are a natural when it comes to customer care, you’re articulate, good with people with an organised approach and always happy to help, so you’ll fit right in as a valuable member of the friendly store team, joining a business that’s going places.

Compensation for the Optical Assistant

On offer for the right person is a competitive salary of £20,000 + benefits. You will have 29 days’ holiday and work between 9-5:30pm, with NO Sundays & one other day off in the week.
