Candidates

They are looking for individuals who have a real passion for optics and has experience in customer service and managing frames. Individuals who ensure the highest level of customer relations, while prepping frames for repair, as well as repairing frames. 

The Job Specification

  • Occasionally answering incoming calls to the company
  • Chasing back orders for clients
  • Department filing and general administrative duties
  • Participating in product training and ensuring you are knowledgeable on all
  • Assisting with daily post and returns from clients
  • Providing cover for other members of the team
  • Boxing up of repairs
  • Occasionally processing faulty exchanges
  • Prepping frames for repair
  • Boxing up of repairs
  • Repairing frames
  • Maintaining and managing repair stock
  • Video calls – technical training from Head Office
  • Preparing for workshops and CET events
  • Reporting to Head Office when there is product faults
  • SVS & Shamir
  • Occasionally arranging TNT and DX deliveries

Package

- Salary: £22,000

- Pension input of 10%

- 30 days holiday (Increases over time)

- Free frame a year
