This is a very attractive high end, independent, boutique style opticians with a wide range of frames and lenses who are currently getting busier year after year and looking to expand the team.

An enthusiastic and committed individual is required join this successful practice and must have a good optical knowledge and sense of style and fashion. Located in an excellent location, this attractive practice is equipped to the highest standard and boasts a good support team.

Responsibilities of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

The ideal candidate will have had experience as a Qualified Dispensing Optician and can competently work to their own initiative as well as part of a team. What is also important, is your ability to build rapport and converse with patients, while getting involved in the day to day tasks of the store whether that be dispensing, stock taking, answering calls or dealing with problems.

Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

At least 1 years of experience as a Qualified Dispensing Optician ideally including experience with high end products as this opticians has an average order value of £500+.
The ability to dispense to all levels.
A friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic.
A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

Compensation for the Qualified Dispensing Optician

For your efforts a competitive salary is on offer depending on experience (up to £27k).
You will also be entitled to their bonus scheme which is based on sales and turnover (Approx £1000 per annum)
You will also have the opportunity to receive some further training and join a professional team in a fun and relaxed environment.
