Lab Technician Position

A Central glazing house for a national Optical company are looking to add an experienced lab technician to their team on a full time basis. This is a permanent position with future development opportunities.
My client is an international lens specialist with a fantastic reputation in the industry for the quality of their work.

Responsibilities of the Lab Technician

You will be working in a very fast paced glazing house completing jobs in a precise and professional manner. You will be glazing to all levels including rimless using a variety of materials. You will be maintaining the equipment and ensuring that the work area is clean and well cared for.

Requirements of the Lab Technician

The right candidate for this position will be able to glaze to all levels including rimless ideally and will be used to working within a high volume lab environment. You will be hard working with a keen eye for details and the ability to multi task.

Compensation for the Lab Technician

On offer is a more than competitive salary package in the region of £20,500 and excellent working environment.
