The Opportunity

We are looking for a Hearcare partner to join one of our Banbury business as a joint venture partner. You will cover Banbury as the main Hub and be responsible for 3 additional spoke stores Daventry, Bicester and Towcester.

As a Specsavers Hearcare Joint Venture Partner, you will be your own boss with the autonomy to run your business how you see fit. You can focus on what you do best as an audiologist and will drive the business forward. There is an established retail and optom partner already in place who is currently running the business and is looking for a partner to replace the current Hearcare partner.

The right person ?

You will need to be driven, compassionate and have an unwavering passion for audiology want a real want to take ownership of the hearcare business. Drive the private sector sales aswell as maintain the NHS contract already in place.

The price to purchase the shares is confidential at this stage but once you have successfully completed the recruitment process, we will be able to provide you with all the information and support you need to take your step towards partnership. By joining Specsavers as an Audiologist Joint Venture Partner you will be able to combine your audiology and entrepreneurial ambitions with the commercial strength of the market leader.

 Key information

As a Joint Venture Partner (JVP), you will lead the business with the aim of providing the very best in patient hearcare. Each partnership consists of an Optical JVP, Retail JVP and Audiologist JVP who, together, will own the business taking 100% of the profits. You take care of the day-to-day running of the business and through your commitment to the highest service and professional standards, will be able to add value and grow your business.
