Fantastic mid-week only, part time Optometrist role with fantastic, patient focussed independent opticians, relaxed setting with experienced team.

Key Information

• Well established, patient focussed independent practice which is well recognised in the community
• Owner of the business is also a qualified Optometrist and has built an excellent reputation due to the level of care they provide
• Welcoming team consisting of experienced Optical Assistants and a qualified Dispensing Optician
• Flexible testing times of 40 minutes
• Involved in PEARS scheme and local enhanced services
• Fully paperless, using Optix patient management system
• Part time position, Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Key Benefits

• Basic salary up to £40,000 pro rata
• Team based bonus structure
• Payment of GOC and AOP fees
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Should be a conscientious and reliable professional committed to providing the highest levels of patient care
• GOC registered as a fully qualified Optometrist
• Open to all levels of experience but must be comfortable working as sole tester in practice
