Optical Assistant - Bournemouth, Dorset and surrounding areas
My Client, an Optical Domiciliary Company, is looking to recruit a full time experienced Optical Assistant.
This is a Monday to Friday role, the position will involve visiting Nursing and Care Homes within Bournemouth and surrounding areas; 3 days a week and 2 days working within the Branch.
You must possess excellent dispensing skills at all levels and have a sympathetic approach and empathy as most patients are elderly and infirm and some suffer from dementia. You will also be assisting the Optometrist and also carry out fittings and aftercare when required.
The 2 days spent in the branch will be to cover all administration duties;
