Background

This is an enormous opportunity for an Optometrist to get their teeth stuck into running and owning their own store without the huge risks involved in setting a practice up from scratch! You will be rewarded with a lucrative salary and have control of the direction of the store whilst also benefitting from working alongside an experienced Optical business leader who can ensure you maximise your clinical and business potential as an Optometrist! This is an independent that prides itself on quality and customer care whilst also prioritising investment back into the practice that ensure the environment and equipment are as up to date as they can be. The store does have an OCT to play with too as a bonus!

Salary

• £50,000 - £70,000 + 25 days + BH + Pension + CET

• Harwich, Essex

The Surgery

• Work in partnership with a leading Optical business owner so you won't be alone
• No Sunday or Bank Holiday openings

Your role

• 2 - 5 days considered
• Flexible rota; can start later and finish earlier
• Flexible with some Saturdays - have some full weekends off
• 30 - 45 minutes testing
• Take ownership of the store and be an integral part of its direction
