They are now seeking to employ an optometrist to take on a 3-4 day position with some flexibility for Saturday working.
This is an open role with consideration for 3-4 days with a fast growing optical group.
This practice is situated offset from a busy road and offers employees free parking in a secure car park.

Responsibilities of the Optometrist
The role will entail testing to 20 minutes and conducting contact lens fittings. You will also be required to do effective handovers with recommendations to the support team. You will also be involved in the forward planning for the future alongside the qualified practice manager.
Requirements of the Optometrist
Be in possession of a valid GOC registration and PCT certificate. Be comfortable testing to 20 minutes and happy to do contact lens fittings. You would be open to playing a part in the overall planning process for the practice looking at increasing diary bookings and eye tests and patronage. You will have a friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic. A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Compensation for the Optometrist
For this role my client is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 pro-rata basic and a strong overall package.
