This practice is situated in a busy high footfall shopping area and having a very loyal customer base made up of a good mix of private and NHS patients. They have a very family friendly feel with a long serving, happy and patient focused team who work together to deliver the highest levels of customer care possible and they have an excellent reputation for excellence in customer care across the community.
Responsibilities of the OptometristThe role will be delivering 25 minute eye tests to a high standard with some contact lens work undertaken. You will be expected to make recommendations to patients who will then be passed on to the support team. As a part of the senior team your input will also be acknowledged with matters of taking the business forward.
Requirements of the OptometristAll levels of qualification considered but it is essential to be commercially aware for the ongoing success of the business. You will have a friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic. A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Compensation for the OptometristFor your skills and input my client is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 basic and all professional fees paid as well as 25 holidays + bank holidays. You will also have the opportunity for ongoing personal development but more importantly the chance to go on to ownership of your own practice in the future.
*They do have the flexibility to work 3, 4 or 5 days and working patterns.
