Optical Assistant

This leading high street opticians, who have a fantastic reputation nationwide for their high quality service, are looking to add to their team by recruiting an Optical Assistant to join their practice.

Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant

In this role your duties will be dispensing, taking all measurements correctly and frame select while giving your best customer service working to targets, and using your commercial skills to secure sales.
You will be working in a busy store surrounded by a very supportive and huge close-knit team who are willing to help and aid you in the right direction, as they are big on team building and work to provide an excellent customer experience.

Requirements for the Optical Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have had experience within an opticians, but the amount of experience is not important. What is important, is your ability to build rapport with patients, give quality customer service, work as part of a team and have passion within your role.

Compensation for the Optical Assistant

For your commitment and enthusiasm they are offering a competitive salary £14,000 – £16,000 excellent opportunity prospects for the right candidate which are discussed at interview stage.
Progression is available set up PDP’s (personal development plans) no management at this time but can progress into supervisory or DO course
