Optometrist - Worksop
Specsavers has been going from strength to strength, ever since the business started back in 1984. We strive for the highest clinical standards – and believe that the customer should be at the heart of everything we do. We also recognise that our people are critical to our past and future success – so we do everything we can to make sure they get the experience and career they’re looking for: from outstanding training and a personal development plan, to excellent benefits and unstinting support. The business has nearly 1,500 stores across 12 countries – and is still growing. We want you to be part of this outstanding success story.
Take the next step in your career with our Specsavers store in Worksop.
Our practice in Worksop is looking to recruit a Newly qualified or Experienced Optometrist to join their fantastic team following the progression to director of our recent Optometrist.
Fantastic progression opportunities – but what else?
- A very competitive salary package
- Strong bonus structure
- A clear direction in your optical career
- Personal and clinical development opportunities
- Private medical and dental insurance
- Relocation bonus for those moving for the role
If you choose to work in this store you will not just be another Optometrist – you will be well and truly valued as an essential part of the team, that’s for sure.
If career progression is what you’re looking for then the supportive directors at this store will give you all the tools you need to join Specsavers Pathway, eventually opening the door for you to become a director of your own store! Or, clinical progression is your first port of call, then we’ll support you here too – for example, you may want more training in Therapeutic Prescribing, Glaucoma Qualifications or Dry Eye Clinics? Possibly Enhanced Optical Services? The opportunities to grow are endless.
You’ll need to be a qualified optometrist with drive, passion and the ability to help this growing practice continue to build on its customer focused culture.
