We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our management team.

Our award-winning culture has seen us gain not one, not two, but three of the UK’s most prestigious business accolades. These include a Gold Standard Accreditation from Investors in People, a 3-star accreditation from Best Companies and a coming in at number one in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For List.

Working alongside the CEO of the group, you will play a crucial role in driving strategy across our Optical Practices as well as being a key part of our practice acquisition team.
