Full Time Dispensing Optician Required

A busy, independent, family run practice in Pontefract, West Yorkshire requires an enthusiastic Dispensing Optician to join their experienced team.

The Role

• Full time Dispensing Optician
• Five days per week, including Saturdays
• Closed Sundays/Bank Holidays
• Competitive salary depending upon experience
• All professional fees and indemnity provided
• Holiday entitlement of four weeks, increasing with service plus Statutory holidays.
• You will be part of a close knit, experienced team working within a well established and highly respected practice.

The Person

• Must be a fully qualified Dispensing Optician with up to date General Optical Council Registration
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about eyewear and providing the best standards of patient care with excellent dispensing skills at all levels.
• Will need to be a decision maker, offer high levels of customer service and take pride in your work, always making patients feel valued and meeting their requirements.
• Must be very well presented and have upbeat personable character capable of always generating lasting rapport with colleagues and patients.  Happy to help grow and develop the business.
• Must also possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
