They are the high end optician of choice in the region and have built up a strong reputation for quality and service and due to massive expansion now require a practice manager to further increase the services and care on offer.
This is a boutique opticians and the ideal applicant would be commercially aware and fashion conscious with the finger on the pulse on new innovations in optics and driven for success.

Optical Practice Manager

The practice offers a relaxed service to their discerning clientele with a strong range of designer frames and leading brand lenses.
They are situated in a prominent position and have a large and loyal customer base. They have a friendly well trained and capable team in place that are all focussed on ensuring the customer journey is of the highest standard.

Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager

The role will entail assisting the owner to managing the day to day running of the practice with emphasis on the customer journey. You will train, motivate and guide the team to be the best they can be and take a part in managing KPIs and targets as well as delivering on the profitability of the practice.
Naturally you will be experienced in all areas of working in an optician and have strong dispensing skills to pass on to the team with strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager

My client is looking for applicants with present or previous management experience and an all round understanding of how an optician works and assist in taking the practice forward using your acquired skills to direct the team and manage the day to day.
