Assistant Business Support Manager – Specsavers Domiciliary – Bournemouth
Specsavers Home Visits, now part of Specsavers, is one of the Country’s leading providers of home sight tests to individuals in their own homes, residential and nursing homes. We aim to offer patients the same first-class, affordable service that Specsavers store are famous for to patients that require a home sight test.
The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Business Manager to support the Business Manager of our domiciliary business covering Bournemouth – Exeter. The role will be varied, no two days will be the same. You will spend 3 days per week in the office with your responsibilities including HR, payroll, scheduling, route planning and understanding our profit, loss and sales KPI’s. You will be supported by the Business Manager and Administrator. The other 2 days, you may spend on the road with our Optometrists visiting patients to dispense and fit their glasses.
What we are looking for…
We are looking for someone with solid optical experience to have a true understanding of the business. You will also have Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience and have an understanding of sales, profit and loss and HR.
The Package
This position is a full time opportunity working Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
