The opportunity

Specsavers is changing the world of domiciliary eyecare in the UK.  With the introduction of our Partnership Model in 2014, which has successfully helped build one of the strongest brands on High Street, we are bringing this to life providing eyecare services at home to those who cannot visit a high street optician. Our JVP model has been rolled out across the UK and we are now looking for experienced optical professionals to drive our business further, whilst providing excellent service to our housebound customers.

As a domiciliary joint venture partner you will be the master of your own fate, building an asset for yourself and making your own decisions for your business. You will work alongside a strong retailer who will jointly own 50% of the business and together, you will drive your business forward how you see fit. 

As a domiciliary Customer Service Partner you will be on the road caring for patients in your local community. This is a highly rewarding field of optics that will take you away from the four walls of a store and out on the open road. Our domiciliary teams never test alone, you will always be assisted by an experienced Optometrist. Our equipment will ensure that you that you are able to test your patient in their personal home or care home with ease and to the highest quality. 

Geographically you will work over a set ‘territory’, and through your commitment to the highest service and professional standards, will be able to build lasting relationships with existing and new customers to continually add value and grow your business.
