An opportunity for a Qualified Dispensing Optician has become available within a well established and trusted optical brand situated in a busy Essex location. This is a full time permanent position working within a dynamic optical environment
Qualified Dispensing PositionThis is a permanent full time position working within one of the most trusted optical brands in the UK. This practice is well established with a long standing and loyal customer base. The store is modern and well equipped and is located on a busy high street in Essex.
Responsibilities of the Qualified Dispensing OpticianYour role will be to work as one of the lead dispensers within the practice. You will handle the majority of children’s and complex dispensing and you will use you expertise and clinical experience to trouble shoot and deal with any issues as they arise. As a senior member of the team you will help junior members of the team and help them to stay up to date with the latest optical developments
Requirements of the Qualified Dispensing OpticianTo apply for this position you need to be either a fully Qualified Dispensing Optician who is registered with the GOC or a Trainee Dispensing Optician who is already on the Ophthalmic dispensing course and are maybe looking for supervision to complete your qualification
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet and solve problem and offer solutions for your customers.
On offer for your efforts is a salary of £23,000 – £28,000 + GOC / ABDO Fees + 28 Days of Annual Leave + exceptional bonus scheme
