The company has two stores one located in Lincoln and the other in Sleaford. As the store has been around for so long they have a very loyal customer base and it does keep growing. The practice itself is very clinically minded dealing with dry-eye and blephex which is good to know and will enhance your skills as an optometrist. The store has three testing rooms and 5-8 members of support staff to make your life a whole lot easier.  

Equipment 

The store is very updated on the equipment side of things as they pride themselves on being up to date and want to provide there customers to the best of their ability. The store equipment consists of:  Topcon OCT machine, HFA 3, Blephex and pulsair are all in store. 

Benefits 

The company are offering a competitive salary up to £55k FTE Max with a store bonus scheme. All GOC, AOP and BCO are payed for by the company. The pension scheme is pretty standard at 2%. You get 25 days holiday +bank holiday's.
