Prospect Health's Optical team is recruiting for an ambitious Optometrist on behalf of one of Essex most successful independent practices.

The successful applicant will join an experienced team of optical professionals and will work within a practice armed with state of the art facilities which aid in delivering a premium level of service.

• The company is a highly innovative specialist independent offering exceptional high quality service to their established patient base
• Working hours 9:00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 on Saturday
• Alternate Saturdays available and closed Sundays and Bank Holidays
• Full and Part time position available
• The practice has 2 consulting rooms and experienced Dispensing Opticians and Optical Assistants
• Using a paperless patient management system and state of the art equipment

Location - North East Essex

• Clinical practice running specialist services including; MECS, General Eye referral refinement IOP Refinement, Glaucoma Shared care and Paediatrics
• Highly established patients allowing a less sales driven, pressure free environment
• Daily meetings arranged to keep staff rapport high and create a very social working atmosphere
• Free parking in the area
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 33 in total
• The Director is a fully qualified Optometrist who really drives clinical performance and development with all employees in the business
• Well established practice that believe in running an opticians that builds close relationships with patients and staff to achieve a more long term goal
