Optometrist Role, Birmingham

Community focused Independent group are seeking new part time Optometrist to work in their smart, modern North Birmingham practice.

Key Information

• Forward thinking independent firm with 10 practices in their group
• Flexible testing times of 30 minutes, with pretests done prior to the appointment
• Based in a fantastic location, easily accessible with great public transport links
• Friendly, relaxed and experienced front of house team including dispensers and practice manager
• Involved in MECS and looking to branch out into more clinical services where possible
• Community practice, family feel practice with lots of repeat business
• Progressions opportunities and possibility to move between stores in the group over time to develop more skills
• General working hours 9.30am - 6pm, and 11am - 4pm on Sunday
• Supportive directors who will actively encourage development both clinically and commercially

Key Benefits

• Part time hours, 3 or 4 days a week, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Salary up to £48,000 pro-rata depending on experience
• Negotiable benefits scheme

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Should be a conscientious and reliable professional committed to providing the highest levels of patient care
• GOC registered as a fully qualified Optometrist
• All levels of experience considered including newly qualified Optometrists, as you will be working with an experienced and supportive team
