Our Eastbourne stores has 9 test rooms and 2 hear care rooms, with a team off 55 staff members. The business is growing from strength to strength with a loyal customer base and pride themselves on their high levels of customer care and professional service levels.

 

We are looking for a motivated individual with a background in retail management, optics experience is not a requirement, but you are required to have experience as a team manager or team leader or supervisor or retail manager with a team of 15 people.

 

You will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of the store and will assistant the store manager with staff training and 121’s, in return for your efforts there is a competitive package on offer as well

as ongoing training and development.
