Optometrist

I am working with a very well regarded independent company in the area who are looking to add a full time permanent Optometrist to their clinical team.

Optometrist Position

My client has an excellent reputation in the areas in which they operate due to the excellent level of patient care that they offer as standard. The stores are well equipped and always busy as they have a large and loyal customer base of a very mixed demographic.
Due to the continued growth and development of the business they are now looking to add to their clinical team. This is a permanent full time position

Responsibilities of the Optometrist

The role will be to conduct sight tests in roughly 25 minute slots and fit contact lenses as required. In this company however the role is much more varied and they want Optometrists who are happy on the shop floor dealing with patient queries and helping out in all areas as needed.
This company has a fantastic working atmosphere where every member has a say in how the business moves forwards. You can be as involved in marketing and promotions even stock buying as you want to be.

Requirements of the Optometrist

To apply for this position you must be a fully qualified GOC registered optometrist. This role would really suit a newly qualified candidate who wants to grow with a practice and to really make a difference to a business.

Compensation for the Optometrist

On offer is a competitive salary package of up to £42,000 and the chance to work within a relaxed company with appealing working hours.
