Retail Manager - Woolwich Role summary 

 

 

Position – Retail Store Manager

Location – Woolwich

 

A new opportunity has just arrived at Specsavers Woolwich.

 

We are now looking for a Retail Manager to join us in this busy practice.

 

You will be responsible for upholding Specsavers high standards and complying with formal clinical procedures, along with managing and training staff, holding performance reviews, Organising and arranging staff rotas’ s plus plenty more.

In return you will receive continuous training, and a personal development plan to ensure you are reaching and exceeding targets your own personal targets along with meeting our own.

 

This is a busy store split over two storeys and you will need to be hands on and not afraid of a challenge!

 

The position would suit someone who is currently working as either an Assistant Manager or an experienced Supervisor looking to move their career to the next level.

 

Please note – Previous Optical experience is required for this position.
