Job Title - Admin Assistant

Location - Letterkenny, ROI

Hours - Full-time including weekends

Discover what solid support feels like. 

For our stores to run like clockwork we need sound support behind the scenes – and that’s where you come in. 

Organised and methodical, you’ll tackle a variety of admin tasks, from answering phones and processing invoices, to filing records and sending out letters. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success. 

The ideal candidate will come from an optical or medical background and be familiar with PRSI and be able to effectively assist customers over the phone with booking appointments.

Make the grade, and you’ll soon be a crucial member of the team. All we ask is that you’re efficient, approachable and great in a team – a skilled Administrator who’s flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.
