Optometrist – Lowestoft
£50-55k PA (or pro-rated as applicable)

As a community-based optician, we pride ourselves on offering a professional service, personal advice and unrivalled after care support.
As a fully qualified Optometrist, you will spend time with customers to ensure we have a detailed understanding of their case history and provide them with a thorough eye examination; we support flexible testing times to enable you to focus on service.
You will offer advice and guidance to customers on spectacles or contact lenses, non-prescription eyewear and accessories. As a healthcare professional you will also need to maintain accurate customer records and ensure that customers are promptly referred to GP or other healthcare services where appropriate.
The successful candidate will pride themselves in delivering a personal service to our patients in Lowestoft and thrive working in a professional but friendly working environment. Great team work is essential to ensure there are seamless hand-overs to other colleagues to ensure our customers receive the most appropriate eyewear and overall service.
