Professional Services Manager - Ophthalmic Lenses
Professional Services Manager jobs in West Midlands and Birmingham. Zest Optical are currently looking to recruit a Professional Service Manager for a leading optical designer and manufacturer. You will be responsible for the successful management of a 'Centre of excellence' delivering 'best in class' training for industry professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion and drive for working within a dynamic team, in order to grow their business. You will have experience of leading projects and coordinating educational programmes, either for professional and/or external customers, ideally in a healthcare environment. You will also need to be able to support the company's commercial activities and create customised training for key customers and support commercial events with technical training presentations.
- Develop & manage the area of Professional Training Services, for both employee & customer training requirements, as a separate business function within the company
- Develop new business models through collaborative research & partnership opportunities with Academia, in order to drive the business forward
- Deliver business results through the development, accreditation & delivery of Educational Programmes.
The candidate will have previous experience of delivering and leading projects/ training programmes to large / small audiences in healthcare, with a passion for working with the latest dispensing & diagnostic technologies. The role will also involve creating & delivering training presentations & skills workshops for different audiences to promote their optical product portfolio, aligned to commercial targets.
