Internal Sales Representative and Telesales jobs in Surrey and Berkshire. Zest Optical are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales Representative for a world leader in vision care products. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with Optical Practices across a defined territory
The ideal candidate will have business to business direct sales experience ideally in an Internal sales and account management environment. You will ideally be a graduate but mostly you will need to have first class communication skills, being natural on the phone, developing new and existing customers within your own allocated geographical area. You will need to be highly motivated with a results orientated and can do attitude.
- Interacting with the assigned customer segment by regular phone calls to build and execute business plans to meet or exceed sales goals for assigned territory
- Develop effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results across a range of therapeutic areas.
- Execute call plans for customers; calls on the right person to deliver the right message with the right frequency
- Adapt and optimizes approach and communications style during sales calls, responding appropriately to customer needs
- Make effective use of available technologies and channels to support sales calls Ensures that products and supporting services are broadly understood and available to more patients and customers
- Deploys and uses approved Marketing and Sales promotional materials and programs
