Due to increased growth at our Specsavers store in Towcester, we are now looking for an Assistant Manager to support our Store Manager and Retail Director in the day to day operation of this busy Specsavers store.
You’ve got solid experience in the optical industry in a management or supervisory role, and therefore you will know exactly what makes an optical practice run like clockwork. You’ll be a role model for our shop floor staff and responsibilities will include leading the shop floor on a daily basis, working towards KPI’s and generally supporting the Store Manager with the overall operation.
