Customer Service Advisor

Do you have office-based customer service experience? Are you a problem solver with an excellent telephone manner?

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our hard-working Customer Service team resolving customer queries and complaints. You will be speaking with our customers and our manufacturing engineers on a daily basis, so a confident telephone manner is essential when handling calls.

Ideally, you will be able to work on your own initiative and enjoy contributing to a lively and challenging atmosphere as part of a dedicated customer service team.

The job

  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide and recommend best dispensing options
  • Manging your time and priorities effectively
  • Supporting fellow team members

The ideal candidate would have

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills essential
  • A good understanding of standard computer software packages
  • Experience of the optical industry would be advantageous
  • Have office based or retail customer service experience

You will receive training on our lens and eyewear portfolio, together with the Rodenstock manufacturing processes.

40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
