Position – Customer Service Manager

A brand-new role has just become available and we need Customer Service Superstars to join our fantastic team in Kilburn!

You will confident with all things optical, and looking for your chance to shine with the skills you have learnt.

You will play a crucial part in setting standards, training and mentoring, alongside role modelling behaviour to junior members of staff.

We take your career development very seriously, and this is the ideal opportunity for either an experienced Optical Assistant, Supervisor, In-Store Trainer or Assistant Manager.


This is a full-time role, and you will be required to work Sundays.
