Optical Practice Manager
This well-established independent group based in the Oxfordshire area have just informed me that they now require an Optical Group Manager to work between and manage their practices, you will be overseeing and visiting the different practices, manage a total team of 40 across their practices in the Oxford area while looking to continue to grow the business.
This independent is well established and been going strong now for over 30 years and is a high end independent, very modern practice – well equipped and furnished
Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
Your day-to-day roles will include management of the teams, travelling to different braches in the local area, developing the practices and bring new ideas forward, marketing, social media and website, liaising with director, day to day running of practices you will also be hands on when needed dispensing to all levels, pre-screen, contact lens teach.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
Must have a strong level of management experience and dealing with teams 10+ minimum
Proven track record of development/ growth in practice turnover
Must be a team player
Ideally come from independent background
Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager
For your efforts a competitive salary of up to £36,000 is on offer as well a very appealing pension scheme and company benefits.
Store hours depending on practice but on average 9-5:30 with early finish on Saturdays and open late once a week in one of the practices.
No Sunday working or bank holidays
