This is a full time opportunity with a well-established busy multiple in the Milton Keynes area looking for an In-Store Trainer
You will be joining a large team of 60+, in a professional yet clinical environment.
This opportunity will be working full time hours over 5 days including 1 late.
FLEXIBILITY ON WEEKEND WORKING – offering alternate weekends which would involve working one week Saturday + Sunday then having the following weekend off.

Responsibilities of the In-Store Trainer

This role will be an all-round role working in each and every department of the store so that you are able to know where training is needed and how to deliver to the different teams.
As well as your role being spit in different departments in your working week you will also have 1 admin day per week to plan training schemes and take care of other responsibilities such as inductions for new starters.

Working closely with Department Managers and reporting to the Director.
You will have leadership experience, be comfortable informing members of the team of training and how to improve in certain areas as well as keeping an upbeat attitude.

Requirements of an In-Store Trainer

Have previous experience in training a team and be able to do both group training as well as 1 to 1
Ability to get to know each member of the team to create specific training plans
Must have excellent communication skills
Be able to effectively plan and deliver training
Have a good level of experience dealing with KPI’s and used to being target driven
Be competent at dispensing to all levels
Have a friendly team player ethos with strong customer / colleague interpersonal skills

Compensation for the In-Store Trainer

For the role my client is offering a competitive salary of up to £18000 + a rewarding bonus scheme (approx £160 per month) with 4 weeks holidays which go up to 5 weeks in increments plus other benefits.
