We now have an opportunity for a L&D Operations Support coordinator to provide an efficient administrative service to our Retail Training team. This pivotal role will involve managing the logistics of training events and resources, invoice processing and tracking, budget tracking, uploading of content to our Learning Management System (LMS) and co-ordinating the production of monthly training newsletters and intranet content.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administrative and process role. You will be used to working consistently using defined processes and procedures and juggling several tasks at once, prioritising tasks.
