My client is the optical practice of choice in the area and as such has an enviable reputation to uphold.
They are situated on a busy road with all the local businessmen patronising this particular practice giving them a very strong client base for both private and NHS patients.
They have a long serving and dedicated support team in the practice who are all working towards making this practice successful.
The opening hours are from 9.00 – 5.30, Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays and can consider both full and part time optometrists.
This is a very exciting time for this practice as since opening it has been very successful and they now require an part time optometrist to start with a view to increasing hours in the future if this is what you require.
Experience of working in an independent environment would be an advantage but not essential as is more a willingness to be a part of a new team with all aspects of working in opticians covered. They are situated in a busy shopping precinct with good footfall and family friendly working hours. The company offers a wide selection of high end products and services and more important this is not a hard sell environment.

Requirements for the Optometrist
The role requires you be GOC registered with full CET accreditations completed.
