Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
This is a full time opportunity with an established group with a reputation for realising people’s ambitions.
You will go straight on to the management training program from day one and will take part in a number of courses as well as in store training.
You will be involved in the day to day managing of the practices and work with some of the most experienced managers in their business.
You will learn all aspects of managing your own team as well as business and gain valuable qualifications to add to your resume.
You will be an experienced optical dispenser and have the drive to succeed along with the ability to multi-task.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
It is essential that you have dispensing experience as well as comfortable doing contact lens teaches and pre-screening as well as being a team player. You will be eligible to work in the UK and able to work Saturdays and possible Sundays and happy to work between two practices in close proximity to each other.
