People Development Service Coordinator

We currently have a new opportunity to join our L&D team. The People Development Service Coordinator will provide an efficient and professional support service to the Learning and Development Support Office team and to store colleagues. This will include: providing 1st line support to colleagues for all e-learning and training course queries, administering our LMS systems including updating content, creating ad hoc MI/ reports, providing commentary and analysis to support business engagement, managing the scheduling of internal training courses and booking and recording external training/ professional qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administrative and process role and will have excellent IT Skills, particularly Excel. Ideally you will have systems support experience, preferably of a Learning Management System (LMS)/ e-learning platform and a high degree of Operating Systems knowledge. You will be used to working consistently by using defined processes and procedures and juggling several tasks at once, with the ability to prioritise. You should take personal satisfaction and job fulfilment from the delivery of first class administration and support services.
