Here at Poole, we always aim to provide the best service to our patients. Our main focus at the store is the customer and what is the right product for them. Quality not quantity is a massive focus for us, so you will be working in a relaxed environment and really get to know your patient and their needs.
Poole is located in one of the most desirable areas of the South in Dorset. The best thing is, when you are in Poole you experience the best of both worlds in a location that offers all the benefits of being in a major town whilst still being located next to beautiful coastline. We are located a short 2 minute walk to the main train station with ample parking facilities nearby for those travelling via car.
Our practice currently has 7 optical test rooms and a dedicated hear care room also, but we are looking to grow in the future to accommodate our ever growing customer base. We have an experienced support team in place always on hand to answer patient queries, advise and conduct the pre-screening. We offer the chance to work with the latest cutting-edge optical equipment so you can test using either a phoropter or trial frame, depending on how you want to work. We are always keen to offer enhanced optical services and currently do diabetic screening and glaucoma care on site.
