Hearcare Administrator - Farnham
In addition to basic clerical work, you will be required to organise the audiologists work load, deal with customer complaints and be able to search information on numerous databases. You will be required to book and reschedule appointments over the phone and face to face.
We can teach you everything you need to know about hearing aids, how to clean and look after them, diagnosis of simple faults, and basic repairs, for example cleaning, changing wax guards and tubing on hearing aids. Good eye sight is a requirement. You will need to give good clear advice to customers on how to look after and clean their hearing aids. You will be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries, and maintain Hear care accessories and aids displays.
This role requires patience, initiative and an excellent eye for detail. You’ll need to be a natural when it comes to customer care – articulate, good with people and always happy to help.
