As part of our global Oracle systems roll out, we are looking for an experienced trainer to cover a mixture of training delivery, designing and updating training materials as well as designing additional training courses and supporting the training needs analysis process. This will be a fast paced role with the emphasis on training and supporting our staff on how to use the new systems. We have a high volume of staff to be trained on our new Oracle systems across all our offices which means national and international travel will form part of this role.

For a role such as this, you will be an experienced trainer with great engagement in training delivery and design, with preferably oracle, systems or finance experience.  We offer the flexibility to work from home and have the flexibility to travel both across the UK and internationally. You should have the ability to engage learners at all levels, have excellent communication skills and be able to add value quickly.
