Domiciliary Optometrist - Lancashire
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Optometrist in the Lancashire area to join our expanding domicilliary care business – Specsavers Healthcall. This offers you a great chance to join a thriving optical market.
Healthcall Optical Services, now part of Specsavers, is one of the Country’s leading providers of home sight tests to individuals in their own homes, residential and nursing homes.
About the role:
This role will appeal to those who want to move away from the High Street – who want genuine professional freedom and above all a great changing working environment where you are rewarded and recognised for your daily contributions to the business. You will be travelling around the region with a supportive Optical Assistant alongside you – no two days with us are the same!
If you are looking for a change of environment from the high street and want more diversity and freedom in your working day then this role could be perfect for you. It will allow you the opportunity to put your skills to the test and make a real difference to the quality of a person’s life and help and support a local community. With only 7-12 tests per day, you can be sure that you will have the time you need to give your patient the best experience.
You will be a GOC registered qualified Optometrist passionate about customer care and going to extra mile. You’ll be clinically focussed and be looking for a position that offers you the chance to build a fantastic 1-1 relationship with the patient, giving them the best service possible.
What we can offer:
In return for your professional expertise, there is a fantastic package on offer:
- Full expensed company car and fuel allowance paid
- Full time and part time opportunities considered
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Additional clinical training or directorship opportunities routes through Specsavers exclusive Joint Venture Partner Pathway
- Additional benefits – just ask!
