Optometrist - Inverness Role summary

An extremely exciting position has arisen for an Optometrist in our Inverness store.

For this opportunity, we will pay a fabulous basic salary of circa £60k per year, a strong bonus potential as well as all the other benefits you would expect from a market leader. The testing times of the store of 30 minutes reflects the pace, culture and the added care given to their patients which is key in a more laid-back city with a more community based feel.

The ideal candidate for this role may have been qualified for a few years with the desire to supervise pre-reg Optoms helping develop their careers over the coming years and acting as a mentor, this is key for future succession planning. You will also work closely with the store director to help drive the store forward. The director is more than willing in fact would welcome ideas that help the store and its patients.
