2016 is the year of growth for us here at Specsavers in Eastbourne, and as a result we are looking to move our practice and expand our store. We are now recruiting an Optometrist to join our forward-thinking store set in Eastbourne.
Based beside the sea, in Eastbourne, you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful coastline views. What’s more, Eastbourne is notable for its high sunshine levels and award winning beaches. With plenty of restaurants, farmers markets and historic castles to visit in a family friendly area you’ll never be short of things to do. Just half an hour from Brighton why not also take a day trip to explore this vibrant and cultured City? Our store is based by the train station and is therefore easily accessible by the regular train services which pass through this area.

With an experienced, large team of 50 staff members in place, and very supportive directors, you’ll receive lots of support in your new role. With our Eastbourne practice due to relocate to a larger store in the coming months, you’ll be able to take full advantage of 9 test rooms and brand new equipment. With enhanced optical services and clinical specialisms such as post-cataract and pre-cataract available our store has lots going on. There are also fantastic progression opportunities on available including ILM progression, pre-reg supervision and development into becoming a partner of your own Specsavers store.
