We are currently recruiting for a very unique, exciting, specialist, full or part time position in a Private Eye Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Optom who shows a strong interest in the clinical and specialist areas of Optometry. The company are very passionate about their values and service delivering the highest standard of optical care in the UK.


  • Working 37.5 Hours a week
  • Flexible working hours between 8:00am - 8.00pm Monday to Saturday
  • Closed Sundays
  • Flexible 20 minutes - 1 hour testing times
  • Pushing the boundaries in specialist eye care and equipment

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Able to set key goals and objectives and work towards thes
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Decision maker
  • Commercial approach
  • Ability to deal with challenging behaviours
  • Ability to act as a resource for colleagues & staff
  • Strong IT skills i.e. good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Significant experience in a refractive, high street or hospital environment
